Frequently asked questions
How soon do I get access?
Within 1 working day of your request. If you're already a PromZ member, your accounts are usually ready the same day.
What does it cost?
Distributors get access via PromZ Membership: Bronze €225, Silver €300 or Gold €450 per year (Netherlands and Belgium: €290, €390 or €510). Suppliers choose package A to D, from €790 per year. All prices exclude VAT; the membership runs per calendar year (1 January – 31 December 2027).
Can I order through PromZ Market?
No. You request information or a quote from the supplier and make arrangements directly with the supplier.
I'm not based in the Netherlands. Can I still apply?
Yes. Enter your company registration and VAT number and choose the language of your portal: Dutch, German or English. International membership rates apply outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
